Information and purposes
Accounts use the identity service’s user ID, email and available name. Provider applications use business contact details and company/address documents. Requests and support use name, message and an optional phone. This supports your requested service, protects records and enables review. Sensitive data or personal identity documents are not requested.
Collection and legal bases
Information is collected through electronic forms and account verification. Account, provider and request functions concern the service relationship; security records concern protection of rights and legitimate interests; mandatory records concern applicable legal obligations. Newsletter subscription is separate, optional and revocable in your account.
Sharing and service providers
Quote information is delivered to your chosen provider’s portal. Application documents are private to the provider account and administrators.
International data flows
Service provider and transfer details will be completed before launch.
Retention and deletion
The retention policy will be completed before launch.
