Review the address details and the provider’s documents supporting its use. MERSİS uses National Address Database records for incorporation and registered-address changes. A prestigious neighbourhood alone does not establish suitability.
Understand daily operations
Ask who receives mail, how you are notified and what forwarding costs. Confirm included meeting-room hours and extra charges in writing. Discuss suitability for your activity with your accountant and the relevant authorities before signing.
